Pi zero support for sunlight readable display

Hello,

I purchased a couple of your sunlight readable displays a couple of months ago. I was going to use a raspberry pi 5 for my project, but the power requirements are pretty huge for the 5 (5v, 5amps). In my airplane I have a usb port that will do 2.1 amps, so I was thinking of using the Pi 4 or maybe even the Pi zero. If I was going to do this, what connections would I have to make between the display and the pi zero?
