Can't rotate display on 64bit raspios

Has anyone ever successfully rotate display screen on the recent 64 bit raspberry pi OS such as 2022-01-28-raspios-bullseye-arm64.zip? As you seen in the phone in attachment, the screen is upside down. The following lines have no effect and touch panel does not work,

Also touch screen does not work. It is reported in
