Hi all,
I just got a new display which I'm excited to try out, but I'm using it in an application where I want it to be as thin as possible. Does anyone know if there's an easy way to remove the Raspberry Pi header which is sticking out of the back? Is it required for power, or can the display be powered through the USB port?
Cheers

Re: Remove RPi header on back of display
You would have to delaminate the screen from the board. It is glued on. Probably with a hot air gun. You would also lose the ability to change brightness and touch. You should be able to power it via the USB port. Pinouts are here: https://makerplane.org/downloads/sunlig ... ical-info/
Obviously no guarantees and on your own.
